Somatic Coaching: The Body Never Lies!

 For many of us, our coach training emphasizes the coaching conversation from the questions we ask to our ability to listen and all in between. During this interactive, educational and guaranteed fun presentation, Kim Kristensen will introduce us to another aspect of the coaching conversation: the body or soma. Leveraging his experience and education, Kim will teach us somatic-oriented coaching principles and lead us in a demonstration where we will experience direct application of the techniques.

 The objectives of the session are:   

 1 – Coaches will be able to describe basic Somatic Coaching principles
2 – Coaches will demonstrate (through role play) how to correctly interpret “Truth Responses”.
3 – Coaches will integrate several Somatic Coaching concepts into their verbal coaching processes
4 – Coaches will describe precautionary measures for Somatic Coaching.
