Flawed & Fabulous Women’s Retreat

Friday, June 3, 2011 (tentative)
Retreat opens at 3pm
Enjoy time to relax and unwind on a private boat ride around Smith Mountain Lake, or take a kayak out on the lake, or go for a walk, unpack and get comfortable in your suite, enjoy soothing music, exercise in the fitness center if you would like, or just sit on the private beach and relax!

Get refreshed with fresh fruit or a protein smoothie by the heated pool!

Retreat begins with dinner at 6pm
Get to know other fabulous women during a relaxed dinner where you will enjoy the freshest and most nutritious AND delicious foods.

7:30pm – 9:30pm
Committing to You  – discover why valuing you is the most selfless thing you can do.  We’ll take you through exercises that will raise your self awareness and you’ll find out what things may be keeping you stuck in certain patterns of behavior that are not serving you.

8a – 9a  Gwendolyn McBride, RN will take you on a journey to center yourself.  You’ll learn stretching exercises and simple meditation techniques that you can begin your day with or start your day over with.

9a – 10a  Robyn Goodpasture, Owner, FitStudio365 (www.fitstudio365.com)
Workouts for any Body – this interactive session will help you create the best exercises for your body and lifestyle.  This refreshing approach to fitness will allow you to customize your workouts to obtain the goals you want to reach in regard to fitness.

10a – 11a  Eat this, don’t eat that.  Find out how to choose the best foods in any situation… even at the gas station!

11a – 12p  Choosing the best supplements for you
Find out which natural supplements do what and which one’s will help you reduce stress, sleep better, increase your energy, lose weight, and more.  Presented by  Nature’s Outlet. (www.naturesoutlet.net)

12p – 1p  Cooking demo and lunch

1:30- 4:30p  Art of Feeling
